Delete your account

You can delete your Astro Lord account and the personal data linked to it at any time. You don’t need to give a reason.

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Astro Lord and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you’re signed out.

Delete by email

If you no longer have the app, email support@astrolord.in with the subject “Delete my Astro Lord account”. Send it from the email address linked to your account. If you used Sign in with Apple and hid your email, tell us which Apple relay address the app showed, or the name on your first profile and the date you joined, so we can find it. We’ll confirm before deleting, and delete within 7 days of confirming.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in link
• All profiles and birth details (yours, family, partners)
• Calendar and journal notes, saved places and settings
• Your consultation requests and replies
• Your coupon redemptions

Data stored only on your device, such as period tracker dates and scheduled reminders, is removed when you delete the app.

What we keep, and for how long

• Backups: deleted data stays in our nightly backups for up to 14 days, then those backups are overwritten.
• Purchase records: the record that a purchase happened (product, date, amount, Apple transaction ID) is kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. It doesn’t include your birth details.
• WhatsApp messages you sent to an astrologer are in your WhatsApp chat and the astrologer’s. Ask us on WhatsApp and we’ll delete the chat on our side.

Deletion can’t be undone. If you come back later, you’ll start with a new account.

Delete only some data

You can delete a single profile from its page in the app. To delete particular consultation requests or notes, email support@astrolord.in.
